FI Consulting will co-sponsor Freddie Mac’s Hoops for the Homeless basketball tournament, Saturday, September 13, 2008 at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC. The event, benefiting six local homeless service organizations, will be chaired by basketball Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson. In addition, Magic will be joined for the second year by Washington Wizards All-Star, Gilbert Arenas. Hoops for the Homeless works to heighten awareness of the growing number of homeless children and families, and to raise funds to support efforts to eliminate homelessness.
